The need for guidance is greatly felt in teaching and also for officials. The guidance service
in the school is required to: –
– To help in the all-round development of the student.
– To help them make choices at various stages of their initiation.
– To help students in professional development.
-To help students adjust as necessary to study in school as well as at home.
